Studio Guidelines & Policies

• Sessions are booked by the hour or in set time blocks
• Setup time is included as part of the booked session
• Please arrive on time to make the most of your session
• Larger or multi-day sessions may require a deposit

If you need to reschedule, advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.

• Payment is required before files are delivered
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, check, and bank transfer
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed

• Your booked time includes setup, recording, playback, and wrap-up
• Arriving early does not extend session time unless scheduled
• Sessions end at the scheduled time unless extended availability is confirmed

This helps keep scheduling fair for all clients.

• A reasonable number of guests is allowed to support the creative process
• Excessive distractions may be limited at the engineer’s discretion
• Please be respectful of the space, equipment, and other clients

Food and drinks must be kept contained and away from equipment and workstations. Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

• Studio equipment is provided and operated by the engineer unless approved
• Any personal gear brought into the studio is the client’s responsibility
• Damage caused by misuse may be billed to the client

• Files are delivered once payment is received in full
• Session files and mixes are archived for a limited time
• Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance

Noise Hub reserves the right to use short excerpts or behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes only after a project has been released or with prior approval from the artist or client.

• Filming during or after sessions is subject to approval
• Footage captured by Noise Hub is owned by Noise Hub unless otherwise agreed upon
• Client-recorded footage may not include proprietary processes or gear without approval

Noise Hub is a professional, inclusive space.

• Mutual respect is expected at all times
• Harassment, hate speech, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated
• Noise Hub reserves the right to end a session if safety or respect is compromised
